So, the "puppy fever" is making me miss this guy:
And it is also making me want to get Jasper an Alice. =) Lol!
We named Jasper after one of the characters from the Twilight books. Originally, we wanted to get a boy and girl at the same time and name them Jasper and Alice. But, that didn't really work out for us and we ended up getting a boy so we named him Jasper. With Jasper still in NC, I'm not really sure whether we should get another dog while he's gone. I want them to get along, so getting "Alice" while he's not here sort of makes me nervous. On the other hand, it would kind of be nice to have some company in the house.
Joe and I walked to the PX this afternoon and on our way out saw a sign for an adoption fair this weekend. I'm not sure if it's at the PX closest to us or not. I guess we'll find out! I want to go, but again I'm just not sure. Plus, if we find a dog we like we can't even keep it with us until we get a house because no pets are allowed here. What to do, what to do?
I guess you could say that our stay on the island has started out well. Other than the fact that I can't shake this dizziness. I bought some Meclizine at the PX today, but I'm not sure if it's really helping. That and we don't have a car. Seriously, that has got to be the worst part of all of this. *sigh* Oh well!
